​Official Rules: WorldQuest Orlando Resort Free Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

SPONSOR

The WorldQuest Orlando Resort Free Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by WorldQuest Owners Rental Club, LLC (“Sponsor” or “WQORC”), located at 8849 WorldQuest Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32821.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and on-site independent contractors of the Sponsor or WorldQuest Orlando Resort, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, visit:

Complete and submit the free Sweepstakes entry form with all required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be voided at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The optional checkbox to receive WorldQuest email updates is not required to enter or win. Opting in to marketing emails does not increase the entrant’s chance of winning.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) complimentary two-night stay in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite at WorldQuest Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The Prize includes the room rate, applicable standard room taxes, and mandatory resort fees, if any, associated with the two-night stay.

The Prize does not include transportation, airfare, meals, alcoholic beverages, parking, gratuities, activities, travel insurance, personal expenses, or incidental charges. A valid credit card may be required at check-in to cover incidentals or damages.

The stay must:

• Consist of two consecutive Sunday through Thursday nights; Friday and Saturday nights are excluded.
• Be reserved in advance and is subject to resort availability.
• Be booked no later than September 30, 2027.
• Be completed by October 31, 2027.

The Prize may not be used for a stay that includes any of the following blackout dates:

• November 22–29, 2026
• December 20, 2026–January 3, 2027
• January 15–18, 2027
• February 12–15, 2027
• March 12–April 4, 2027
• May 28–31, 2027
• June 11–August 15, 2027
• September 3–6, 2027

The Prize is nontransferable, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be resold, and may not be combined with another promotion, discount, or offer. No substitution or extension will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

Any federal, state, or local tax obligation arising from acceptance or use of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On Monday, October 12, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place at WorldQuest Orlando Resort, 8849 WorldQuest Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32821. Entrants do not need to be present to win.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email no later than Thursday, October 15, 2026, using the email address submitted with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification date and may be required to provide proof of age, residency, identity, and eligibility before the Prize is awarded.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to meet these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIVACY AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the Prize, and otherwise as described in the WorldQuest Privacy Policy.

Marketing emails are optional. Entrants who elect to receive email updates may unsubscribe at any time. Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chance of winning.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and the winner release and hold harmless the Sponsor, WorldQuest Orlando Resort, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prize.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, legal requirements, or another circumstance beyond its reasonable control compromises the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. If this occurs, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption, as permitted by law.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state for Sweepstakes-related promotional purposes without additional compensation.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with WordPress, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other third-party platform used to promote or host the Sweepstakes.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

WorldQuest Owners Rental Club, LLC (“WQORC,” “WorldQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information submitted through the WorldQuest Orlando Resort Free Sweepstakes entry site and related promotional communications.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Official Rules for the promotion.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you enter the Free Sweepstakes, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Confirmation that you are age 18 or older
• Your choice to receive optional email updates about WorldQuest events, offers, and promotions
• Any information you provide when contacting us

We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, entry date and time, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies used to operate and secure the WordPress website platform.

We do not collect payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or government-issued identification through this Sweepstakes entry site.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Process and administer your Sweepstakes entry
• Confirm eligibility and help prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized entries
• Contact you about your entry, winner selection, prize verification, or prize fulfillment
• Respond to questions or requests
• Operate, protect, improve, and secure the website and promotion
• Meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations
• Send email updates about WorldQuest events, offers, and promotions only when you have elected to receive them

Entering the Sweepstakes does not require you to agree to receive marketing emails. You may enter without checking the optional email-updates box.

EMAIL MARKETING AND YOUR CHOICES

If you choose to receive email updates, we may send you information about WorldQuest Orlando Resort, events, special offers, and future promotions.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” link in an email or by contacting us using the information below. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your Sweepstakes entry. We may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, contact a selected winner, or fulfill a prize.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• WordPress and other service providers that host, operate, secure, or support the website, contact database, email communications, or Sweepstakes administration
• Service providers involved in prize verification, fulfillment, or reservation administration
• Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or government authorities when required or appropriate
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of assets
• Other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of WorldQuest, our guests, or others

We do not provide entrant information to unrelated third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

Winner information may be handled as described in the Official Rules or as required by applicable law.COOKIES AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES

The site is built and hosted through WordPress. WordPress and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, and improve the site. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

If we add optional analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

DATA RETENTION

We retain entry information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, select and contact a winner, fulfill prizes, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

If you opt in to marketing emails, we may retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements. After you opt out, we may retain limited information needed to honor your opt-out request.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not requested on the entry form.

YOUR PRIVACY REQUESTS

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop sending marketing emails.

To make a request, contact us at wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Please note that if you request deletion of information before the Sweepstakes is complete, we may be unable to verify your eligibility, contact you if selected, or maintain your entry. In that case, your entry may need to be withdrawn.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This Sweepstakes is intended only for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under age 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can delete it.

U.S. PROCESSING

This promotion is intended for eligible United States residents. Information collected through this site may be processed and stored in the United States.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after a change becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
