Group Quote Request
Two- and three-bedroom suites for reunions, weddings, teams, tours and corporate groups, quoted by the resort's own team
The short answer
WorldQuest Orlando Resort prepares a group suite quote near Disney World for twenty or more guests, or for any booking the online engine cannot handle. Send your dates, headcount and group type; the reservations team checks suite availability and replies by email with a written quote. The resort provides group guest-room accommodations only, with no on-site meeting or event space.
Who this form is for
Who should request a group suite quote near Disney World?
Use this form for twenty or more guests, or for any booking that does not fit the online booking engine.
The booking engine handles one suite at a time under one guest name and one card. Groups need something different: several suites held together under one name, a single contact at the resort, and terms written down before anyone pays. That is what the reservations team prepares when you submit this form.
Family
Family reunions
Grandparents, siblings and cousins spread across several suites, with the pool as the meeting point and one kitchen big enough for the reunion dinner.
Social
Weddings and social groups
Suites for out-of-town wedding guests, milestone birthdays and anniversary gatherings. The resort provides guest accommodation only; the ceremony and reception happen at your venue.
Business
Corporate groups
Training cohorts, project teams and convention delegates. The Orange County Convention Center is a short drive away.
Faith and education
Church and school groups
Youth trips, choir tours and mission teams, with chaperones and students in separate bedrooms under one roof.
Tour operators
Motorcoach and tour groups
Operators bringing a full coach are quoted case by case. Mention the coach and your itinerary in the form.
Anything else
Bookings that cannot self-serve
Split arrivals, mixed suite types, a block that one person will pay for, or a stay the engine will not price. If it will not go through online, send it here.
Youth sports teams heading to ESPN Wide World of Sports have their own form on the Team Travel Inquiry page. Stays of a month or more go through the Extended Stay Inquiry page.
Guest rooms only
WorldQuest Orlando Resort provides group guest-room accommodations only. There is no ballroom, meeting room or event space on site, and no restaurant or room service. Groups that need a function room book it elsewhere and use the resort for sleeping, cooking and gathering by the pool.
Before you submit
What should you have ready before you submit?
The form takes a few minutes. A complete request lets the team quote the right suites the first time instead of emailing back with questions.
- Group type. Reunion, wedding, corporate, church, school, motorcoach or other. It tells the team how the block is likely to be used.
- Arrival and departure dates, and how flexible they are. Availability and rates vary by date. If you can move by a day or a week, say so; a small shift can open up more suites.
- Total guests, split into adults and children. Capacity is counted per suite, so the headcount decides how many suites you need and which types. Children count toward capacity.
- Suites needed, if you already know. Otherwise give the headcount and let the team propose a mix. The table further down shows how the math works.
- Room nights. Suites multiplied by nights. Eight suites over three nights is 24 room nights.
- One contact person. The person who will collect names, answer questions and receive the written quote.
- Anything unusual. Split arrivals, a coach to park, a guest who needs an accessible suite, or a payment arrangement where one party pays for everyone.
You do not need a final rooming list to request a quote. Names and bed preferences come later, once the block is confirmed.
Accessible suites
Accessible accommodations are limited and features vary between condominiums. If anyone in your group needs one, say so in the form and call (407) 387-3800 before the block is confirmed so the team can check what is available for your dates.
How a block works
How does a suite block work at an all-suite resort?
A room block is a set of rooms held together for one group over a set of dates. At a conventional hotel the unit is a bedroom. At WorldQuest the unit is a whole condominium suite with two or three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a full kitchen, so a block of six suites houses far more people than six hotel rooms would, and each household in your group gets its own front door.
In general terms the process runs like this. You request the quote. The reservations team checks which suites are open for your dates. They send a written quote covering the number and type of suites, the rate, and the terms. Deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, cut-off dates, complimentary-room ratios and any minimum group size are not published on this site; the terms are set out in your written quote, and they can differ by season and group size.
Once the block is confirmed, the contact person collects a name for each suite and passes the list to the resort. Guests check in under their own names on arrival with a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID; the minimum check-in age is 21.
Suites are individually owned condominiums, so layouts and finishes vary. The two collections, Estate Suites (renovated, lighter contemporary finish) and Deluxe Suites (classic finish), share the same full kitchen, private screened balcony or patio, and separate living and dining rooms. Tell the team if your group wants the same collection throughout.
| Guests | Example A | Example B | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8 | Two two-bedroom suites (4 + 4) | One three-bedroom suite (6 to 8) | A three-bedroom at 8 means every bed is in use |
| 12 | Three two-bedroom suites (4 + 4 + 4) | Two three-bedroom suites (6 + 6) | Two three-bedrooms leave room to grow to 16 |
| 16 | Four two-bedroom suites | Two three-bedroom suites (8 + 8) | Or one three-bedroom (8) plus two two-bedroom (4 + 4) |
| 20 | Five two-bedroom suites | Two three-bedroom (8 + 8) plus one two-bedroom (4) | Three three-bedroom suites sleep 18 to 24 |
| 24 | Six two-bedroom suites | Three three-bedroom suites (8 + 8 + 8) | Four three-bedroom suites at 6 each gives everyone more space |
| 40 | Ten two-bedroom suites | Five three-bedroom suites (8 each) | Most groups mix types so couples and families each get the right suite |
Capacities are the resort’s published maximums: a two-bedroom suite sleeps 4 in 1,286 square feet; a three-bedroom suite sleeps 6 to 8 in 1,535 or 1,547 square feet, depending on whether it has two or three bathrooms. Some suites have a sleeper sofa; if your count depends on one, ask the team to note it on the block. Extra-guest charges, where they apply, are confirmed at booking. Floor plans and bed layouts are on the Two-Bedroom Suite and Three-Bedroom Suite pages.

Tell us about your group
Submit the form and the resort’s own reservations team reviews suite availability for your dates and replies by email with a written quote. Nothing is charged at this stage. If your dates are close, call (407) 387-3800 and mention that you have sent the form. You can also email the same details to wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com.
Why book direct
Why do groups book direct with the resort?
Because a group has more moving parts than a single reservation, and a third-party site has nowhere to put them. Booking direct gives you one contact at the resort who knows the whole block. Requests such as keeping the group in the same building, pairing particular families in the three-bedroom suites, or noting a sleeper sofa are recorded on the block rather than typed into a comments box that may never be read.
A group quote is a direct booking, so the quote shows what the rate includes. On direct bookings the resort fee is included in the rate rather than collected at check-in. The fee covers the park shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® (subject to availability and change), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit. See Why Book Direct for the full comparison.
Where does a group gather?
The pool deck is the natural meeting point. The heated outdoor pool is heated seasonally to 80°F from mid-October through mid-March, with a hot tub, loungers and umbrellas. Private cabanas can be rented by the day at the front desk; pricing varies by season and availability. The poolside Tiki Bar is open daily from 11am to 7pm with a happy hour from 3 to 4pm, and serves food, cocktails, beer and Starbucks® coffee. In the evening, the living and dining rooms in each suite hold a family dinner without anyone booking a table. The 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby covers late arrivals with snacks, cold drinks and frozen meals.
Corporate groups
The Orange County Convention Center is a short drive away, and Walt Disney World® Resort is 2.4 miles for a team evening out. Colleagues get separate bedrooms and a shared living room for working in the evening, with complimentary wired and wireless internet, a full kitchen and free parking. There is no meeting space on site, so hold sessions at the convention center or your own office and use the resort for accommodation.
Questions guests ask
Group booking questions
How many guests count as a group?
The form is intended for twenty or more guests, but it is also the right route for any booking the online engine cannot handle, such as several suites under one name, split arrival dates or a mixed set of suite types. Smaller parties who can book each suite themselves usually get the quickest result through the booking engine.
What deposit and cancellation terms apply to a group block?
They are not published on this site because they vary by season and group size. Deposit, payment schedule, cancellation, cut-off dates and any minimum group size are set out in the written quote the reservations team sends after reviewing your dates. Read those terms before you share the quote with your group.
Can we hold a reception or meeting at the resort?
No. WorldQuest provides group guest-room accommodations only. There is no ballroom, meeting room or event space, and no restaurant or room service. Guests gather by the heated pool, at the poolside Tiki Bar during its opening hours, or in the living and dining rooms of their own suites. Book your ceremony, reception or meeting at a separate venue.
How far ahead should we request a quote?
As soon as your dates are firm. Suites are individually owned condominiums, so the number available for a given week is limited, and holiday and school-break weeks fill early. There is no published booking cut-off; the quote will state any dates by which the block must be confirmed or names supplied.
Can everyone in the group be placed in the same building?
Tell the team in the form and it will be noted on the block as a request. The resort has seven buildings, each with one elevator serving five floors, and the suites are individually owned, so what can be promised depends on which condominiums are open for your dates. The team will say clearly what is confirmed and what is a preference.
Is the resort fee included in a group quote?
A group quote is a direct booking, and direct bookings include the resort fee in the rate rather than collecting it at check-in. The fee is $20.00 plus tax per suite per night and covers the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios shuttle (subject to availability), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit. Your quote shows exactly what the rate includes.
Do motorcoach and tour groups use the same form?
Yes. Select motorcoach or tour group as the group type and mention the coach, the operator and the itinerary in the notes. Coach groups are quoted case by case, and the reservations team will confirm arrival arrangements and where the coach can be parked as part of the quote. Self-parking for guests’ cars is complimentary.
