Questions guests ask
Guide questions
Are the guides PDFs?
No. Each guide is a full web page you can read on any device without downloading anything. If you ask for a guide by email, the email contains a link to that page.
Why ask for my travel month?
So the rate news we send is about the month you plan to travel rather than every week of the year. Rates vary by date and popular weeks fill first, so timing the news to your month is more useful to you.
Who wrote the guides?
The resort, using what its reservations and Concierge teams are asked most often. Distances, fees and offers in the guides are the resort’s published figures; anything not published is confirmed by the reservations team on (407) 387-3800.
