Everything below is the resort’s published policy. Where a detail is not published, the page says so and tells you who confirms it, rather than guessing.

Arrival and departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in
- From 4:00pm
- Check-out
- By 11:00am
- Required at check-in
- A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Minimum check-in age
- 21
- Early check-in
- Sometimes possible for a fee, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk. Not guaranteed.
- Late check-out
- $100 (subject to availability, not guaranteed). Anything past 4:00pm is charged as a full night.
- Luggage storage
- Available at the Front Office after check-out
Both the card and the ID are checked at the desk, so keep them in hand luggage rather than checked bags. The photo ID must be government-issued, so a driver’s license or passport works and a work badge does not. Because the minimum check-in age is 21, the person checking in, presenting the card and signing for the suite must be at least 21 even if other members of the party are younger.
Arriving early
If you land in the morning and want the suite before 4:00pm, call the Front Desk before you travel. Early check-in is offered when a suite is ready, for a fee that is arranged and paid in advance, and it cannot be guaranteed. If an early check-in is not possible, ask the Front Desk about holding your bags until the suite is ready so you can head to the pool or the parks in the meantime.
Leaving late
Late check-out is $100 and is subject to availability, so it cannot be promised in advance. Ask at the Front Desk the day before you leave. The cut-off matters: a departure after 4:00pm is charged as a full night, so if you have a late flight, the more predictable plan is to check out by 11:00am, leave bags at the Front Office and spend the afternoon by the pool or at the Tiki Bar.
Arriving late at night
The front desk handles check-in on arrival. The resort does not publish desk hours on its site, so if you expect to arrive late in the evening, call (407) 387-3800 with your estimated arrival time and the team will tell you exactly what to do at the gate and the lobby. The 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby has snacks, cold drinks, frozen meals and breakfast items, which helps when you arrive after the shops have closed.
Fees and parking
What is the resort fee, and is parking free?
- Resort fee
- $20.00 plus tax, per suite, per night
- Booked direct
- Included in the rate you see
- Booked through a third party
- Collected at check-in
- Self-parking
- Complimentary for guests
- Trailers, motorcoaches and oversized vehicles
- Not published. Ask the reservations team before you arrive.
The resort fee covers the park shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® (subject to availability and change), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit with laundry detergent, coffee and dishwashing powder. When you book direct through the resort’s own engine or by phone, the fee is built into the nightly rate, so the total you see is the total you pay. When you book through a travel site, the site usually shows a rate without the fee and the resort collects it at check-in. The Why Book Direct page explains the difference in full.
Self-parking is complimentary for the length of your stay. The property is gated with controlled access, so expect a moment at the entrance on your first arrival. Guests towing trailers or arriving by motorcoach should call ahead; the resort has not published a policy for oversized vehicles, and the team can advise on where to leave one.
Suite and property rules
Smoking, pets, firearms and bringing your own food
- Smoking
- All accommodation is smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; ask the Concierge where they are.
- Pets
- Not permitted. Service animals are welcome throughout the resort.
- Firearms
- Not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Your own food and alcohol
- Welcome. Every suite has a full kitchen.
- Grocery delivery
- Can be arranged to arrive with you, through Orlando Grocery Express or any local store.
Smoke-free means every suite, every balcony and every indoor space. The designated smoking areas are outdoors; the Concierge will point you to the nearest one. Walt Disney World theme parks are also smoke-free, which is worth knowing before a park day.
The no-pet rule applies to all animals except service animals, which are welcome throughout the resort. If you travel with a service animal, mention it when you book so the team can note it on the reservation.
Bringing your own food is one of the main reasons guests choose a suite. Every suite has a full kitchen with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, a coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee, and dishwashing powder in the welcome starter kit. You can shop at Publix or Walmart, both about two miles away, or order from Orlando Grocery Express so the delivery arrives with you. The Suite Grocery List guide has a first-shop list.
Housekeeping and laundry
Is housekeeping included, and is there a laundry service?
- Daily housekeeping
- Not included
- Housekeeping on request
- $140.00 plus tax, with 24 to 48 hours’ notice, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk
- In-suite laundry
- Washer and dryer in every suite, with a detergent starter pack
- Laundry or dry-cleaning service
- Not offered. Several dry cleaners are within two miles.
WorldQuest is a condo-style resort, so the suites work like a private apartment rather than a hotel room: daily housekeeping is not part of the rate. If you would like a mid-stay clean, ask the Front Desk at least 24 to 48 hours ahead; the service is $140.00 plus tax and is paid in advance. Most guests on a week’s stay book one mid-week service or none at all, because the in-suite washer and dryer and the full kitchen cover the day-to-day.
The welcome starter kit includes laundry detergent, coffee and dishwashing powder for the first loads. After that, Publix and Walmart, both about two miles away, stock replacements, and the 24-hour Corner Pantry covers forgotten essentials. The resort does not run a laundry or dry-cleaning service, so for pressed shirts or a dry-clean-only item, ask the Concierge for a nearby cleaner.
Deliveries
Can I have packages delivered to the resort?
- Packages for guests
- Accepted at no charge
- Name on the package
- Must match the name on the reservation
- Packages arriving after departure
- Forwarded by prior arrangement
- Responsibility
- The resort cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages
The resort accepts packages for registered guests at no charge. Address the package to the exact name on the reservation, and time it to arrive during your stay rather than before, so it is not sitting at the Front Office for days. If something arrives after you have left, the Front Office can forward it, but only if you have arranged that in advance. Because the resort cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items, keep valuable or fragile deliveries to a minimum.
Occupancy
How many guests can stay, and is there a charge for extra guests?
- Two-Bedroom Suite
- Sleeps 4
- Three-Bedroom Suite
- Sleeps 6 to 8
- Sleeper sofa
- Some suites have one. Call the front desk before arrival to note it on the reservation.
- Extra-guest charges
- Not published. Confirmed at booking or by the reservations team.
- Rollaway beds and cribs
- Not published. Ask the reservations team when you book.
Sleeping capacity is set by the beds in the suite. A Two-Bedroom Suite has a king bed and two single twin beds and sleeps 4. A Three-Bedroom Suite adds a queen bedroom and sleeps 6 to 8, depending on whether the suite has a sleeper sofa. Because suites are individually owned condominiums, the sleeper sofa is not in every suite; tell the front desk before arrival if your party depends on it. Full layouts are on the Two-Bedroom Suite and Three-Bedroom Suite pages.
The resort does not publish an extra-guest charge or a crib and rollaway policy on its site. Give the reservations team the exact number of adults and children when you book on (407) 387-3800 or at wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com, and they will confirm the suite type, the capacity and any charge that applies before you commit.
Confirmed at booking
Which policies are confirmed by the reservations team?
The resort has not published the following items on its website. Rather than repeat a figure from a third-party listing that may be out of date, this page tells you where the answer comes from. Each is confirmed at booking or by the reservations team on (407) 387-3800.
- Deposit and cancellation terms. Shown for your dates in the booking engine and confirmed on your reservation.
- Extra-guest charges. Confirmed when you give the team your party size.
- Rollaway beds and cribs. Ask when you book.
- Quiet hours. Ask the Front Desk on arrival.

Security and property access are published: WorldQuest is a gated property with controlled access and on-site security. Questions guests ask
Policy questions
What time is check-in and check-out at WorldQuest Orlando Resort?
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Bring a valid credit card and a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. The person checking in must be at least 21. If you finish the day early after checking out, the Front Office stores luggage so you can stay by the pool.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Sometimes. Early check-in is offered for a fee when a suite is ready; it is arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk and is not guaranteed. Late check-out is $100 and is subject to availability and not guaranteed, and a departure after 4:00pm is charged as a full night. Ask the Front Desk the day before.
Is parking free at WorldQuest?
Yes. Self-parking is complimentary for guests for the length of the stay, and the property is gated with controlled access and on-site security. The resort has not published a policy for trailers, motorcoaches or other oversized vehicles, so call ahead if you are bringing one.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
No. Pets are not permitted at WorldQuest. Service animals are welcome throughout the resort; mention a service animal when you book so it is noted on the reservation. Guests traveling with a pet will need to arrange boarding before the trip.
Is smoking allowed anywhere on the property?
All accommodation is smoke-free, including suites and balconies. There are designated outdoor smoking areas on the property; ask the Concierge where the nearest one is. The Walt Disney World theme parks are also smoke-free.
Is there a charge for additional guests in a suite?
The resort does not publish an extra-guest charge on its site, so it is confirmed at booking or by the reservations team. A Two-Bedroom Suite sleeps 4 and a Three-Bedroom Suite sleeps 6 to 8. Give the team your exact party size on (407) 387-3800 and they will confirm capacity and any charge before you book.
What happens if I arrive late at night?
The front desk handles your check-in on arrival. The resort does not publish desk hours, so call (407) 387-3800 with your estimated arrival time and the team will confirm the arrangement for the gate and the lobby. The 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby has snacks, drinks and frozen meals for a late arrival.
Are firearms allowed at WorldQuest?
No. Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property. The resort does not publish exceptions, so guests who travel with a firearm should make other arrangements before arriving rather than expecting to store one on site.
