Two things, stated as they are published

The offer describes its benefit as complimentary park transportation for stays of two nights or more. Separately, the resort fee that is included in every direct rate covers a complimentary shuttle to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, subject to availability. This page presents both exactly as the resort publishes them. For what the offer provides on your specific dates, ask the reservations team on (407) 387-3800 when you book.

What is included

What park transportation does the resort already provide?

Whichever rate you book direct, the resort fee of $20.00 plus tax per suite, per night is in your rate, and the park shuttle is one of the things it covers. Here is the transportation picture as published.

Booking it

How do you apply the MAGIC15 code?

  1. Use the button on this page. It opens the resort’s booking engine in a new tab with MAGIC15 already applied. Enter an arrival and departure at least two nights apart, the number of suites, and the adults and children traveling.
  2. Or type the code into the engine. If you reach the engine from another page, enter MAGIC15 in the promo code field before you search.
  3. Choose the suite. Two-bedroom suites sleep four and three-bedroom suites sleep six to eight, each with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, separate living and dining rooms and a screened balcony or patio.
  4. Read the rate rules, then confirm. Deposit, change and cancellation terms for the rate are shown in the engine before you confirm.
  5. Reserve your first shuttle at check-in. Stop at the Concierge desk on the way to the suite and book the next morning’s seat. Reserving the evening before is the easiest habit on a busy park day.

One promo code applies per reservation. If you qualify for another direct offer, such as the Florida and Georgia resident rate or Stay Longer, Save More for four nights or more, ask the reservations team about combining offers or which code gives the better total for your dates.

A park-focused stay

How do you plan two or three park days from the resort?

A two- or three-night stay is short, so the value of included transportation is mostly time and simplicity. A suite adds the parts a hotel room cannot: a kitchen for the early breakfast, a washer for the sweaty park clothes, and bedrooms with doors for the nap that saves the evening.

  • Sort the tickets before the first morning. Buy them at the Concierge Desk, which sells theme park tickets daily from 7:00am to 12:00pm, or combine them with your suite as a package through the Special Offers page. The resort is a Walt Disney World® Good Neighbor Hotel.
  • Eat breakfast in the suite. Coffee maker and starter pack of coffee are in every suite; have groceries delivered to arrive with you or stop at Publix or Walmart about two miles away. Coffee is also served in the lobby from 7 to 11am.
  • Reserve the shuttle for the day you need it. EPCOT and Hollywood Studios days go on the shuttle. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom days are a drive or rideshare, and if you drive, one Disney parking pass is valid all day at all four theme parks.
  • Plan the midday break. Come back for a swim in the heated outdoor pool, a nap, and a load of laundry, then go back out for the evening. Traffic around the parks is heaviest at opening and closing, so a midday move is usually the easy one.
  • Book dinner ahead. Walt Disney World restaurant reservations are strongly recommended and are made with Disney on (407) 939-3463. The Poolside Tiki Bar, open daily 11am to 7pm, covers the nights you would rather not go anywhere.

Shuttle or car

What does it cost to drive to the parks instead?

Some families bring a car and still use the shuttle for the two parks it serves, because Disney charges for parking and the resort does not. The comparison below uses the figures the resort publishes.

Questions guests ask

Park transportation questions

Does the park transportation cover Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom?

The shuttle included in the resort fee serves EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. The Experience The Magic offer describes its benefit as complimentary park transportation without listing parks on the offer page, so ask the reservations team what it covers for your dates when you book. Magic Kingdom® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® are within 10 to 15 minutes by car.

Is there a shuttle timetable I can plan around?

No timetable is published, because departures depend on demand and park hours. Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes before you want to leave and the team gives you the departure and return options for that day. You can also call or text the Concierge on (407) 858-8569 between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

Do I have to reserve the shuttle for every trip?

Yes. The service is subject to availability and seats are shared with other guests, so reserve each trip at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead, and ask about the return pickup at the same time. Reserving the evening before is the simplest way to be sure of a seat on a busy park morning.

Is transportation to Universal included?

The Universal Orlando Resort shuttle is a separate paid service at $5.00 per person, per trip; ask the Concierge for times. It is not part of the complimentary shuttle covered by the resort fee. Universal is 10.4 miles from the resort, about 18 minutes by car, and Universal ticket packages are on the Special Offers page.

Does MAGIC15 work on a one-night stay?

No. The published terms are a saving of 15% and complimentary park transportation when you book two nights or more. For a single night, look at the Direct Booking Offers page for a rate that fits, or enter your dates in the engine without a code to see the standard direct rate, which still includes the resort fee.

What does Disney charge for parking if I drive?

As of August 2026 and subject to change, Walt Disney World® theme park parking is $35.00 per day standard and $50.00 to $60.00 per day preferred, with one pass valid all day at all four theme parks. Self-parking at the resort is complimentary, which is why many guests leave the car and use the shuttle for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios days.

Can I use MAGIC15 with the Stay Longer, Save More offer?

One promo code applies per reservation. For a stay of four nights or more, compare the MAGIC15 total with the LOSPRO total in the engine, and ask the reservations team about combining offers. Whichever code you use, the resort fee, and the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios shuttle it covers, is in every direct rate.
