Disney Shuttle and Getting Here
Complimentary shuttle to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, plus directions to the resort
The short answer
WorldQuest Orlando Resort runs a complimentary shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, included in the resort fee and subject to availability. Reserve a seat at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead. Every Walt Disney World® park is within 10 to 15 minutes by car, and self-parking at the resort is free.
What the shuttle covers
Which Disney parks does the WorldQuest shuttle go to?
The complimentary shuttle serves EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, the two Walt Disney World® parks closest to the resort. Both are roughly five miles away.
The shuttle is included in the resort fee, so there is nothing extra to pay on the day. Service is subject to availability and can change, which is why the resort asks you to reserve a seat at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes before you want to leave. Reserving early in the morning, or the evening before, is the simplest way to be sure of a spot on a busy park day.
Magic Kingdom® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® are not on the shuttle route. Every Walt Disney World theme park is within 10 to 15 minutes of the resort by car, so most guests drive or use a rideshare for those two parks and use the shuttle for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
| Destination | Resort shuttle | Cost | How to arrange it |
|---|---|---|---|
| EPCOT® | Yes | Included in the resort fee | Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead |
| Disney’s Hollywood Studios® | Yes | Included in the resort fee | Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead |
| Magic Kingdom® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® | Not on the route | Drive or rideshare | 10 to 15 minutes by car; Disney parking applies |
| Universal Orlando Resort | Yes, paid | $5.00 per person, per trip | Ask the Concierge for times |
| Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores | Separate service | Complimentary, run by the outlet | Not a WorldQuest service; ask the Concierge how it works |
Timetable
The resort does not publish a fixed shuttle timetable online because departures depend on demand and park hours. Ask the Concierge desk for the day’s times when you check in, or call or text the Concierge on (407) 858-8569 between 7:00am and 9:00pm.
Using the shuttle
How do you reserve a seat on the park shuttle?
- Decide which park you are heading to. The shuttle runs to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios only. If your day is at Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom, plan to drive or book a rideshare instead.
- Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes in advance. The desk is in the lobby. Reserving the evening before is a good habit on busy park days, and it gives the Concierge a chance to tell you the departure options for the morning.
- Be in the lobby a few minutes early. Shuttles are shared with other guests, so they leave on time. Bring park tickets, sunscreen and anything you will want for the day, because a trip back to the suite means a trip back to the resort.
- Confirm your return. Ask about the return pickup when you reserve so the whole day is planned before you leave. If plans change inside the park, call or text the Concierge on (407) 858-8569 (7:00am to 9:00pm).
Seats are limited and the service is subject to availability, so the resort cannot promise a seat to anyone who has not reserved. If the shuttle is full at the time you want, the Concierge can suggest a rideshare pickup from the lobby instead.
Shuttle or car
Should you use the shuttle or drive to the parks?
Both work, and many families mix them across a stay. The shuttle removes parking from the equation for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Driving gives you your own schedule and covers all four Disney parks, Universal, SeaWorld and the rest of Orlando.
| Consideration | Resort shuttle | Your own car or rental |
|---|---|---|
| Parks covered | EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios | All four Disney theme parks, the water parks, Universal, SeaWorld and beyond |
| Cost per day | Included in the resort fee | Disney standard parking $35.00 per day; preferred $50.00 to $60.00 (August 2026, subject to change). Parking at the resort is complimentary. |
| Schedule | Set departures; reserve 30 minutes ahead | Leave when you like, come back for a nap or a swim and go out again |
| Best for | Full park days at EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, travelers without a car | Split days, early rope-drop mornings, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, grocery runs |
One Disney parking pass is valid all day at all four Walt Disney World theme parks, so a car that has already paid to park at one park can hop to another without paying again. If you plan to hop between parks, driving is usually the easier choice. If you are spending the whole day in one of the two shuttle parks, let the shuttle do the work.

Getting here
How do you get to WorldQuest Orlando Resort?
The resort is at 8849 WorldQuest Blvd, Orlando, FL 32821, in the Lake Buena Vista area near EPCOT Center Drive. Any navigation app will find it by name or address, and the map coordinates are 28.3626, -81.5209 if you prefer to enter those.
From Orlando International Airport
Rental cars, rideshares and taxis all run from the airport to Lake Buena Vista. The resort does not operate an airport shuttle, so plan on one of those options. Follow signs toward Walt Disney World and Lake Buena Vista; the resort sits just off the Disney side of the area. If you arrive late, the 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby has snacks, cold drinks and frozen meals, and it is worth calling ahead with your arrival time so the Front Desk expects you.
Driving in from out of state
Coming from the north on Interstate 4, follow signs for Walt Disney World and Lake Buena Vista, then EPCOT Center Drive. Florida and Georgia residents driving in should look at the Florida Resident Rate before booking. Whatever route you take, self-parking at the resort is complimentary for the length of your stay, and the property is gated with controlled access and on-site security.
Once you are here
- Check in from 4:00pm. Bring a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID. The minimum check-in age is 21.
- Reserve your first shuttle. Stop at the Concierge desk on the way to the suite and book the next morning’s seat.

- Stock the kitchen. Publix and Walmart are about two miles away, or have groceries delivered so they are waiting when you arrive.

SeaWorld® Orlando
No resort shuttle. Drive or rideshare. Discovery Cove is next door at 6.8 miles.
