Booking & Rates 7

Does the hotel have a resort fee? What’s included?

The resort fee is $20.00 plus tax, per suite, per night. Book direct and it is already included in your rate; book through a third party and it is collected at check-in. It covers the park shuttle (subject to availability and change), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit with laundry detergent, coffee and dishwashing powder. Pool toys can be bought at the resort.

Is WorldQuest Orlando Resort a gated property?

Yes. WorldQuest Orlando Resort is a gated property with controlled access and on-site security.

Do you offer discounts to AAA members?

AAA members save up to 15% per stay on the member rate. Senior and Florida resident rates are also available.

What time is check-in and check-out at the WorldQuest Orlando Resort?

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am, and you will need a valid credit card at check-in. Early check-in is sometimes possible for a fee, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check into the resort?

Yes — the minimum age to check in is 21.

Can guests request a later checkout time?

Late check-out costs $100 and depends on availability, so it cannot be guaranteed. Anything past 4:00pm is charged as a full night. If we cannot accommodate the request, the Front Office can store your luggage while you use the resort.

What documents are required to check in at WorldQuest Orlando?

Bring government-issued photo identification — a driver’s license or passport — along with a credit card.

Your Suite 11

Do the suites include a sleeper sofa?

Some suites have one. Call the front desk on (407) 387-3800 before you arrive and we will note it on your reservation.

Do the suites come with an iron and ironing board?

Yes — an iron and ironing board are in the twin bedroom closet of every suite.

Do the suites have a washer and dryer?

Yes, every suite has its own washer and dryer, and a starter pack of detergent is waiting when you arrive.

Does every suite have a balcony?

Yes — every suite has a private screened balcony with a table and chairs.

Is there coffee available in the suites?

Every suite has a coffee maker and a starter pack of coffee on arrival. Starbucks® is also served at the Tiki Bar between 11am and 7pm.

Do the suites have toiletries as well as a hairdryer?

Yes — each bathroom has a hairdryer and basic toiletries.

Do the suites include kitchen essentials, like pots and pans?

Yes. Every suite is equipped with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery.

Does the WorldQuest Orlando Resort offer room service?

There is no room service. The Corner Pantry in the lobby is open 24 hours for food and snacks.

Does the resort offer housekeeping services?

Housekeeping can be requested for $140.00 plus tax with 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Arrange and pay for it in advance through the Front Desk.

Does the resort offer laundry and dry cleaning services?

Not at present, though there are several dry cleaners within two miles of the resort.

Does WorldQuest Orlando have free Wi-Fi?

Yes. Wired and wireless high-speed internet is complimentary in every suite, and Wi-Fi also covers the lobby and pool areas.

Dining & Amenities 7

Is breakfast included in the rate or available at the resort?

Breakfast is not included and there is no restaurant on site. Breakfast items are sold in the 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby, and the Tiki Bar serves Starbucks® coffee, food and drinks from 11am to 7pm.

What are the drinking options available at WorldQuest Orlando Resort?

The poolside Tiki Bar serves food and signature drinks daily from 11am to 7pm, with happy hour from 3 to 4pm.

Are there any grocery stores near the resort?

Yes — Publix and Walmart are both about two miles from the resort.

Does the hotel have a fitness center and/or pool?

Yes. The fitness room is open 24 hours, and the outdoor pool has a deck with loungers and umbrellas.

How deep is the pool?

It runs from 3 feet at the shallow end to 5 feet at the deepest point.

Is the pool heated?

Yes — heated seasonally to 80 degrees Fahrenheit from mid-October through mid-March.

Does WorldQuest Orlando offer parking?

Yes, self-parking at the resort is complimentary for guests.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

All accommodation is entirely smoke-free. There are designated outdoor smoking areas — ask the Concierge at check-in.

Can we bring our own food and alcohol?

Yes. You are also welcome to arrange a grocery delivery from a local store to arrive with you.

Are open carry firearms allowed at WorldQuest Orlando Resort?

Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the private property of WorldQuest Orlando Resort. Thank you for helping us keep the resort secure and welcoming.

Can the hotel accept shipments for a guest who has not checked in?

Yes, and there is no charge. The name on the package must match the name on the reservation. If a package arrives after you leave it can be forwarded by prior arrangement. The resort cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Please contact the resort directly before booking so we can confirm what is available and match you with a suitable suite. We are currently reviewing accessibility features across our condominiums and will publish detailed information once that review is complete.

Are there elevators on the property?

Yes — each of the seven buildings has one elevator serving five floors.

Can I purchase tickets to the theme parks at the resort?

Yes. The Concierge Desk sells them on site daily from 7:00am to 12:00pm. You can also call or text the Concierge on (407) 858-8569 between 7:00am and 9:00pm, or buy online and build a vacation package.

Do you offer any packages to Walt Disney World®?

Yes — a Walt Disney World® package is available alongside our other packages.

Can you make reservations at Walt Disney World® restaurants?

Yes, and they are strongly recommended. Book by calling (407) 939-3463.

What are the best attractions near WorldQuest Orlando Resort?

Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios, SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND® Florida, Discovery Cove, Old Town Kissimmee, Gatorland and the Kennedy Space Center are all within reach, along with the city’s arenas and stadiums.

Is there a shuttle service to the Disney Parks?

Complimentary shuttles run to EPCOT®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios® and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, subject to availability. Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes in advance. Shuttles to Universal Orlando Resort are $5.00 per person, per trip — ask the Concierge for details.

How far is WorldQuest Orlando from Disney World®?

Every Walt Disney World® theme park is within 10 to 15 minutes of the resort. EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios are the closest, roughly five miles away.

What is there to do in Orlando?

Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove, LEGOLAND, the Amway Center and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex are all nearby.

What are the different theme parks?

Magic Kingdom®, EPCOT®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom®, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.

Is smoking allowed at Walt Disney World®?

No. Walt Disney World® became smoke-free on 1 May 2019, so smoking is not permitted inside the parks.

How much is parking at Walt Disney World®?

As of August 2026, standard theme-park parking is $35.00 per day and preferred parking is $50.00–$60.00 per day depending on the date. One parking pass is valid all day at all four Walt Disney World® theme parks. Pricing is subject to change — please check Disney’s official parking information for current rates.

Do the parks offer accommodations for guests with disabilities?

Yes. Options include wheelchair and electric conveyance vehicle (ECV) rental, service-animal accommodation, assistive listening systems, reflective captioning, sign language interpretation, text typewriter telephones, handheld and video captioning, audio description devices, braille guidebooks and digital audio tours.
