Is There Food Available On Site?

See all resort amenities

Yes, though not in the form of a full restaurant. The poolside Tiki Bar serves food and drinks daily from 11am to 7pm, and the 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby stocks snacks, breakfast items and frozen meals. There is no restaurant on-site and no room service.

Dining at WorldQuest looks different from a full-service hotel, and for most guests in a kitchen-equipped suite, that is by design rather than a gap. This page walks through exactly what the Tiki Bar and Corner Pantry offer, what is missing compared to a full-service resort, and how to plan meals around both.

Quick Facts

  • Tiki Bar: daily 11am-7pm, happy hour 3-4pm
  • Lobby coffee: 7-11am; Starbucks® at the Tiki Bar 11am-7pm
  • 24-hour Corner Pantry: snacks, cold drinks, frozen meals, breakfast items
  • No restaurant or room service on-site
  • Every suite has a full kitchen for cooking your own meals

The Tiki Bar

Open daily 11am to 7pm with happy hour 3-4pm and a different drink special each day, plus food, cocktails and beer, and Starbucks® coffee during those hours. The current menu is posted on the resort's own website, so check there closer to your trip for specific items and prices rather than assuming a fixed menu year-round.

The 24-Hour Corner Pantry

Open around the clock in the lobby, stocking snacks, cold drinks, frozen meals and breakfast items — useful for a late arrival or an early park morning when nothing else on-site is open yet. It functions more like a small convenience store than a café, so plan on it for quick items rather than a sit-down meal.

Cooking in Your Suite

Every suite has a full kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery and a coffee maker. See Can Groceries Be Delivered to My Suite? for stocking up before you arrive, either through Orlando Grocery Express or a store like Publix or Walmart, both about two miles from the resort.

What There Isn’t

There is no restaurant on-site and no room service, and the resort's published amenities do not mention daily housekeeping either. That combination means guests are more self-sufficient at WorldQuest than at a full-service hotel — meals, in particular, need a plan rather than an assumption that a restaurant will be available whenever you want one.

Planning Meals for a Multi-Day Stay

A common pattern for longer stays is breakfast and some dinners cooked in the suite using groceries ordered ahead or picked up nearby, lunch grabbed at the parks or the Tiki Bar, and the Corner Pantry covering snacks and anything forgotten. Planning even a rough version of that split before you arrive avoids a first-night scramble to figure out where dinner is coming from.

Dietary Restrictions and Special Diets

Specific dietary accommodations at the Tiki Bar or Corner Pantry are not published, so if you have an allergy or a specific diet to manage, the most reliable option is cooking in your suite's full kitchen using groceries you select yourself, or calling ahead to ask what the Tiki Bar's current menu includes.

Why WorldQuest Skips a Full Restaurant

WorldQuest is an all-suite, condo-style resort built around full kitchens rather than a central dining room, which is a different model from a traditional hotel. Instead of staffing a restaurant that many guests in kitchen-equipped suites would not use every night anyway, the resort covers quick, casual needs through the Tiki Bar and Corner Pantry and leaves full meals to the suite's own kitchen or the many restaurants throughout the surrounding Orlando area.

Breakfast Options

Lobby coffee runs 7-11am for a quick cup before heading out, and the Corner Pantry's breakfast items cover a grab-and-go option for guests leaving early for rope drop. For a more substantial breakfast, the full kitchen in every suite means cereal, eggs, or anything else picked up through grocery delivery or a nearby store is on the table with no wait.

Lunch and Dinner Options

The Tiki Bar covers lunch and early dinner within its 11am-7pm window, with food, cocktails, beer and Starbucks® coffee. Outside those hours, or for a later dinner, guests typically either cook in the suite using groceries on hand or head out to one of the many restaurants in the surrounding Orlando area, since there is no on-site restaurant open past 7pm.

Snacks and Late-Night Options

The 24-hour Corner Pantry is the go-to for anything needed outside the Tiki Bar's hours — a late snack after a fireworks show, something for the kids before bed, or a forgotten essential like toothpaste or aspirin. Because it is open around the clock, there is no need to plan a snack run around specific hours the way you would with the Tiki Bar.

Feeding a Family Without Eating Out Every Meal

For a family of four or more staying several nights, eating three restaurant meals a day near the parks adds up quickly, both in cost and in time spent waiting for tables. Cooking breakfast and some dinners in the suite — using groceries either delivered ahead of arrival or picked up nearby — while eating lunch at the parks or the Tiki Bar tends to be the more manageable rhythm for a longer family trip.

Where to Shop or Order Groceries Nearby

Publix and Walmart are both about two miles from the resort for an in-person grocery trip, and delivery through Orlando Grocery Express or any local store can be arranged ahead of arrival so the kitchen is already stocked when you check in. See Can Groceries Be Delivered to My Suite? for the full detail on arranging that ahead of time.

Bringing Your Own Food and Alcohol

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol into their suite, whether packed from home, purchased on the drive down, or picked up locally. Combined with the full kitchen in every suite, that means there is no restriction pushing you toward the Tiki Bar or Corner Pantry if you would rather bring everything yourself.

A Sample Day of Eating at WorldQuest

A typical day might start with lobby coffee and a Corner Pantry breakfast item before an early shuttle to the parks, continue with lunch inside the park itself, and wrap up with a stop at the Tiki Bar for a drink and a light dinner on the way back to the suite — or, on a rest day, a full breakfast and dinner cooked in the suite's kitchen with only a Tiki Bar visit for a poolside lunch in between.

Comparing This to an All-Inclusive Resort

Guests coming from an all-inclusive resort experience should reset expectations: WorldQuest does not include unlimited dining in the nightly rate the way an all-inclusive property does. Instead, the value shows up in the full kitchen in every suite and the flexibility to eat exactly what you want, on your own schedule, rather than choosing from a fixed set of on-site restaurants.

Tips

  • Set expectations: there is no sit-down restaurant on-site.
  • Plan a grocery run or delivery for evening meals in your suite.
  • Use the Tiki Bar and Corner Pantry for quick, casual options between the pool and the parks.
  • Check the Tiki Bar’s current menu on the resort’s website before your trip.
  • Cook in your suite if you have specific dietary needs to manage.

No restaurant on-site, but the Tiki Bar, Corner Pantry and your suite’s full kitchen cover food and drink easily.
