Room by room
What does each room in the two-bedroom suite look like?
Living room
A separate living room with seating and a door to the balcony or patio. It opens onto the dining area, so one person can cook while the rest of the family sits down. Some two-bedroom suites have a sleeper sofa here; not all do, so call the front desk before arrival if you need one and it will be noted on the reservation.
Master bedroom
A king bed and its own bathroom. This is the room parents, or the couple who booked, take. With the door closed it is a separate space from the living room, which matters for an early night before a park day.
Twin bedroom
Two single twin beds and its own bathroom. Children get a room of their own; two adult friends or a grandparent and a grandchild get separate beds. The iron and ironing board are kept in this bedroom’s closet.
Full kitchen
Full-size appliances, and cupboards stocked with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery. A coffee maker comes with a starter pack of coffee, and the welcome starter kit includes dishwashing powder. Guests may bring their own food and drink and can arrange grocery delivery to arrive with them; Publix and Walmart are about two miles away.
Two bathrooms
One bathroom with the master bedroom and one with the twin bedroom, each with a hairdryer and basic toiletries. Two bathrooms is the difference between a calm morning and a queue, especially when everyone is leaving for the parks at the same time.
Screened balcony or patio
Every suite has a private screened balcony or patio with a table and chairs. Whether yours is a patio or a balcony depends on the suite you are assigned. Either way it is where coffee happens in the morning and where the day is talked over in the evening. Three televisions are spread through the suite.

One couple takes the king bed, the other the twin room. Two bathrooms and a shared living room mean nobody is on top of each other. For two couples who each want a larger bed, look at the three-bedroom, which adds a queen room.
Three generations
Grandparents plus a couple
Grandparents in the master bedroom, the younger couple in the twin room, and a dining table everyone fits around. If a grandchild is coming too, the three-bedroom sleeps six to eight.

Estate or Deluxe
What is the difference between the Estate and Deluxe collections?
Two-bedroom suites come in two collections. Estate Suites are fully renovated with a lighter, contemporary finish. Deluxe Suites have a classic finish. Both have the same full kitchen, private balcony or patio and separate living and dining rooms, and both sleep four in the same king-plus-two-twins arrangement.
The choice is about look and feel, not layout. Rates vary by date and by collection, so the booking engine shows what is available for your dates in each. Because suites are individually owned, the furniture and finish within a collection also vary a little from suite to suite. More photos of both collections are in the gallery and on the suites page.
Requests
Can you request a specific collection, floor or suite?
Yes, and the resort will do its best, but requests are not guaranteed because suites are individually owned and availability changes. To make a request:
- Book the collection you prefer. Rates for each collection are shown in the booking engine for your dates, and vary by date and collection.
- Note the request on the reservation. Add a ground-floor patio, a higher-floor balcony, a sleeper sofa or a suite near another party you are travelling with, or call the front desk on (407) 387-3800 after booking and ask for it to be added.
- Ask early about accessibility. Accessible accommodations are limited and features vary between condominiums. Contact the resort before booking to confirm what a specific suite offers; the Accessibility Features page explains what to ask.
Each of the seven buildings has one elevator serving five floors, so an upper-floor suite does not mean stairs. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am; the minimum check-in age is 21. Resort policies are on the Resort Policies page.

Two-bedroom suite questions
How many bathrooms does a two-bedroom suite have?
Two. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the twin bedroom has its own bathroom, so each bedroom has private access to a bath. Every bathroom has a hairdryer and basic toiletries. This is the same in Estate and Deluxe two-bedroom suites.
Is there a cheaper two-bedroom suite option?
Rates vary by date and by collection, and the booking engine shows the rate for your dates in each collection that is available. Booking direct includes the resort fee in the rate, and the direct-only offers, such as Stay Longer & Save on four nights or more, apply to two-bedroom suites.
Can five people stay in a two-bedroom suite?
The Two-Bedroom Suite is set up for four: a king bed and two twin beds. Some suites have a sleeper sofa, but not all, and any occupancy question beyond four is confirmed by the reservations team at booking. For five or more guests, the Three-Bedroom Suite sleeps six to eight.
Is the balcony screened?
Yes. Every suite has a private screened balcony or patio with a table and chairs, and both are screened. Which one you get depends on the suite assigned. A preference for a ground-floor patio or an upper-floor balcony can be noted on the reservation or given to the front desk, though it is not guaranteed.
What is in the kitchen of a two-bedroom suite?

How far is the two-bedroom suite from the Disney parks?
The resort is 2.4 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort entrance, about a five-minute drive, and every Disney theme park is within 10 to 15 minutes. A complimentary shuttle runs to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, reserved at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead and subject to availability.
