Long-Stay Rate Sheet
How Orlando extended stay weekly and monthly rates are quoted, and what to book online
The short answer
WorldQuest Orlando Resort does not publish fixed weekly or monthly rates. Stays of four to six nights save 20% and seven or more nights save 30% online with code LOSPRO. A stay of about a month or more is quoted from your arrival date, length of stay, season and suite type, and the resort fee is included in every direct rate.
How long-stay pricing works
Why are there no fixed Orlando extended stay weekly and monthly rates on this page?
Because a long stay is priced for your dates, not from a chart. WorldQuest Orlando Resort quotes stays of a month or more individually, and the figure depends on four things.
- Arrival date
- When the stay starts. A stay that begins in a quiet week is priced differently from one that begins in a school holiday.
- Length of stay
- How many nights in total. Longer stays are looked at differently from a long weekend, and the four-to-six and seven-plus night tiers below apply automatically online.
- Season
- Which parts of the year the stay covers. A stay that crosses from a busy season into a quieter one is priced across both.
- Suite type
- Two-bedroom or three-bedroom, and whether you would like an Estate Suite (fully renovated, lighter contemporary finish) or a Deluxe Suite (classic finish).
Give the reservations team those four details and they reply with a written quote. The quote sets out what the rate includes and its own terms, so you are not left guessing about anything that is not on this page.
Good to know
The resort’s own team handles every long-stay quote. Call (407) 387-3800, email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com or use the Extended Stay Inquiry form, which asks for the details the team needs.
Book online or request a quote
Which stays can you book online, and which need a quote?
Shorter long stays have a published discount you can book yourself. Longer ones are quoted. This is the line between the two.
| Length of stay | How to book | What applies |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 nights | Book online | Standard direct rates for your dates. Other offers may apply; see the offers page. |
| 4 to 6 nights | Book online with code LOSPRO | Save 20% on accommodation with the Stay Longer & Save offer. |
| 7 nights or more | Book online with code LOSPRO | Save 30% on accommodation with the Stay Longer & Save offer. |
| About a month or more | Request a quote | Priced individually for your arrival date, length of stay, season and suite type. The LOSPRO offer remains available online if you would rather book straight away. |
Full terms for the Stay Longer & Save offer, and the booking link with the code applied, are on the Stay Longer, Save More page. Rates on the offers pages are available when you book with the resort directly.

What is in the suite
What does a long-stay suite come with?
Every suite is a condominium with separate rooms rather than a hotel room with a kitchenette, which is why people stay for weeks or months at a time. Here is what is in every suite.
- Full kitchen. Pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, plus a coffee maker with a starter pack of coffee.
- Washer and dryer. In the suite, with a detergent starter pack. No trips to a laundry room.
- Internet. Complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet in the suite, and Wi-Fi in the lobby and pool areas.
- Private screened balcony or patio. With a table and chairs, so there is somewhere to sit outside.
- Separate rooms. A living room, a dining room and two or three bedrooms with doors that close. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and basic toiletries included.
- Space. The Two-Bedroom Suite is 1,286 sq. ft. and sleeps four; the Three-Bedroom Suite is 1,535 or 1,547 sq. ft. and sleeps six to eight.
Suites are individually owned condominiums, so layouts and fittings vary suite to suite. Some suites have a sleeper sofa; call the front desk before arrival if you need one noted on the reservation. Floor plans are on the Two-Bedroom Suite and Three-Bedroom Suite pages.
Fees and services
What else affects the cost of a long stay?
Two items are published and worth understanding before you compare a quote with anything else.
Resort fee
The resort fee is $20.00 plus tax, per suite, per night. When you book direct it is included in the rate you see; when you book through a third-party site it is collected at check-in. It covers the park shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® (subject to availability and change), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit of laundry detergent, coffee and dishwashing powder. A quote from the reservations team is a direct booking, and the quote spells out how the fee is shown.
Optional housekeeping
Housekeeping during a stay is on request rather than daily. It costs $140.00 plus tax per visit, with 24 to 48 hours’ notice, and is arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk. Between visits, the washer, dryer and full kitchen make it easy to look after the suite yourself.
Everyday costs you control
Self-parking is complimentary. Groceries can be delivered by Orlando Grocery Express or any local store, and Publix and Walmart are about two miles away. There is no restaurant on site, so cooking in the suite is the norm; the Tiki Bar by the pool serves food and drinks daily from 11am to 7pm, and the 24-Hour Corner Pantry in the lobby covers snacks, frozen meals and forgotten essentials.
By situation
What should you ask for, depending on why you are staying?
Long stays come in a handful of shapes. The suite is the same; what you tell the reservations team changes.
| Situation | What usually matters | What to ask for in the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Winter stay | Several weeks or months in the cooler season, often with visiting family. | A quote for the full stretch of dates, a three-bedroom if family will visit, and whether the pool heating season (mid-October through mid-March) covers your dates. |
| Relocation | A base while you house-hunt or wait for a home to be ready; dates may move. | A quote with your likely departure and a note that dates are flexible, plus how packages and mail for you are handled (the name must match the reservation). |
| Work assignment | Weekday work, weekends free; a desk and reliable internet. | Confirmation of wired and wireless internet, a suite with a separate room to work in, and whether the company or the guest will be billed. |
| Travel nurse | Contract length set by the hospital; early or late shifts. | A quote matched to the contract dates, a two-bedroom if sharing with another nurse, and the gated property’s controlled access for late returns. |
| Home repair or insurance stay | Family displaced for an uncertain period; documentation may be needed. | A quote that can be extended, a suite with a full kitchen and laundry for normal family life, and an invoice format your insurer will accept. |
If your situation is not here, describe it in the inquiry. Corporate accommodations for a team of employees are handled through the Group Quote Request, since several suites at once are quoted as a group.
Before you ask
What should you tell us for an accurate quote?
The more of this you include in your first message, the fewer emails it takes to get to a number.
- Arrival and departure dates. Or the earliest arrival and the likely length if the end date is not fixed.
- How flexible the dates are. Shifting a stay by a week can change the quote if it moves the start out of a busy period.
- Suite type. Two-bedroom (sleeps 4) or three-bedroom (sleeps 6 to 8), and Estate or Deluxe if you have a preference. Preferences are noted, not guaranteed.
- Who is staying. Number of adults and children, and whether anyone will join partway through.
- Why you are staying. Winter, relocation, work, a nursing contract, a home repair. It helps the team suggest the right suite and billing.
- Housekeeping. Whether you want the optional $140.00 plus tax service scheduled, and how often.
- Who pays. You, an employer or an insurer, and whether you need the quote addressed to them.
- Anything else. A ground-floor request, an accessibility question (features vary; see Accessibility Features), or a sleeper sofa.
Send it through the Extended Stay Inquiry form, or email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am; the minimum check-in age is 21 and a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID are needed at check-in.

Questions guests ask
Long-stay questions
Do you offer a monthly rate for an extended stay?
Yes, on request. A stay of about a month or more is quoted individually rather than priced from a published chart, because the figure depends on your arrival date, length of stay, the season and the suite type. Send your dates through the Extended Stay Inquiry form and the resort’s reservations team replies with a written quote.
Can I use the Stay Longer offer for a stay of several weeks?
Yes. The Stay Longer & Save offer, code LOSPRO, gives 20% off accommodation on four to six nights and 30% off on seven nights or more, and it is bookable online for your dates. For a month or longer you can still book it directly, or request a quote so the team can look at your dates individually.
Is housekeeping included in a long stay?
Housekeeping is optional and on request. It costs $140.00 plus tax per visit, needs 24 to 48 hours’ notice, and is arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk. Between visits, the washer, dryer and full kitchen in every suite make it straightforward to look after the suite yourself.
Is Wi-Fi included, and is it good enough to work from?
Complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet is included in every suite, with Wi-Fi in the lobby and pool areas too. The wired connection is there if you prefer a cable for video calls. Every suite has a separate living room and dining room, so there is a place to set up a desk away from the bedrooms.
Can I receive mail and packages during a long stay?
Packages for guests are accepted at no charge, and the name on the package must match the name on the reservation. Packages that arrive after you leave can be forwarded by prior arrangement. The resort cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages, so use tracked services for anything valuable.
Do I need a car for a month in Orlando?
Most long-stay guests find one useful, and self-parking at the resort is complimentary. Without a car you still have grocery delivery to the suite, Publix and Walmart about two miles away, the complimentary shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® (reserve 30 minutes ahead at the Concierge desk) and a $5.00 per person, per trip shuttle to Universal Orlando Resort.
