Resort Amenities
Seasonally heated pool, hot tub, day cabanas, poolside Tiki Bar, 24-hour Corner Pantry and fitness room, plus a full kitchen in every suite
The short answer
WorldQuest Orlando Resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool (heated seasonally to 80°F from mid-October through mid-March), a hot tub, private day cabanas, a poolside Tiki Bar open daily 11am to 7pm, a 24-hour Corner Pantry, a 24-hour fitness room, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary self-parking and a Concierge desk. There is no restaurant or room service.
Pool and cabanas
Is the pool at WorldQuest heated, and how do the cabanas work?

The outdoor pool is heated seasonally to 80°F from mid-October through mid-March. It runs from a 3 ft shallow end to 5 ft at the deep end, with a deck of loungers and umbrellas and a hot tub beside it.
Heating is seasonal rather than year-round: from mid-October through mid-March the water is kept at 80°F, and for the rest of the year the Florida sun does the work. The shallow end at 3 ft suits younger swimmers, and the deep end at 5 ft means the whole pool is standing depth for most adults. Use of the pool and hot tub is covered by the resort fee, which is included in your rate when you book direct.
The resort has not published pool hours or age rules for the pool and hot tub on its site; ask the Front Desk when you check in.

Private cabanas by the day
Cabanas are rented by the day and give a family a base at the pool: seating, a ceiling fan and full shade, which matters more than you expect on a Florida afternoon. Reserve at the front desk. Pricing varies by season and availability, so the resort does not publish a fixed rate; the front desk will quote the day’s price when you ask. On busy weeks it is worth asking on the day you arrive rather than waiting for the day you want it.
Food and drink
What food and drink is available on site?
There is no restaurant and no room service at WorldQuest. What there is: a poolside Tiki Bar, coffee in the lobby every morning, a 24-hour Corner Pantry, and a full kitchen in every suite.

Poolside Tiki Bar
Open daily from 11am to 7pm, with happy hour from 3 to 4pm and a daily drink special. The Tiki Bar serves food, cocktails, beer and Starbucks® coffee, so lunch by the pool and an early dinner for the children are both possible without leaving the property. The current menu is on the Tiki Bar menu page.

24-hour Corner Pantry
The Corner Pantry in the lobby is open around the clock and stocks snacks, cold drinks, frozen meals, breakfast items and the essentials people forget: it is the answer to a late arrival, a missed dinner or a 6am cereal shortage. Coffee is also served in the lobby from 7 to 11am.

Grocery delivery

What is included in every suite?
Suites are individually owned condominiums, so finishes vary, but every suite at WorldQuest has the same core list. Two collections are available: Estate Suites, fully renovated with a lighter contemporary finish, and Deluxe Suites with a classic finish and the same full kitchen, balcony and separate living and dining rooms.
- Full kitchen. Pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, with dishwashing powder in the welcome kit.
- Separate living room and dining room. Not a studio: the bedrooms close off from the living space.
- Private screened balcony or patio. With a table and chairs.
- Washer and dryer. In the suite, with a detergent starter pack.
- Coffee maker. With a starter pack of coffee.
- Iron and ironing board. In the twin bedroom closet.
- Hairdryer and basic toiletries. In each bathroom.
- Complimentary wired and wireless internet. In every suite, with Wi-Fi in the lobby and pool areas as well.
- Televisions. Three in a Two-Bedroom Suite, four in a Three-Bedroom Suite.
- Sleeper sofa. In some suites only; call the front desk before arrival to note it on the reservation.
The resort does not publish internet speeds or the make of the appliances, so if you are working from the suite or need a particular piece of equipment, ask the reservations team before you book. Layouts, square footage and sleeping capacity are on the Two-Bedroom Suite and Three-Bedroom Suite pages.
24-hour fitness room
The fitness room is open 24 hours and is covered by the resort fee. The resort has not published a list of the equipment in it; if you need a specific machine or free weights, ask the Front Desk or the reservations team before you travel.
Services and security
What services does the front desk and Concierge provide?

Concierge desk
The Concierge handles park tickets, transport and dining suggestions. Theme park tickets are sold at the Concierge Desk daily from 7:00am to 12:00pm. For anything else, call or text the Concierge on (407) 858-8569 between 7:00am and 9:00pm. As a Walt Disney World® Good Neighbor Hotel, the resort can combine park tickets with your accommodation in a single booking.
- Front desk
- Handles check-in from 4:00pm, check-out by 11:00am, early check-in and late check-out requests, cabana reservations and housekeeping requests. Desk hours are not published; call (407) 387-3800 if you will arrive late.
- Luggage storage
- Available at the Front Office after check-out
- Packages
- Accepted at no charge when the name matches the reservation
- Housekeeping on request

- Security

- Buildings and elevators
- Seven buildings, each with one elevator serving five floors
- Accessible features
- Limited and vary by suite; confirmed by phone before booking. See Accessibility Features.
The property is gated with controlled access and has on-site security. That covers who can drive in and who is on the grounds; it is not a claim about noise, which the resort does not measure. Full details of check-in, fees, pets, smoking and packages are on the Resort Policies page.
Transportation
How do guests get to the parks from the resort?

A complimentary shuttle runs to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. It is included in the resort fee, subject to availability and change, and seats are reserved at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes in advance. Shuttles to Universal Orlando Resort are $5.00 per person, per trip. Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores runs its own complimentary shuttle, separate from the resort’s.
Driving is the other option: self-parking at the resort is complimentary, the Walt Disney World® Resort is 2.4 miles away and every Disney theme park is within 10 to 15 minutes. The Disney Shuttle and Getting Here page has the full picture, and the Location and Resort Map page has the published distances to every park and attraction.
The honest list
What is not on site at WorldQuest?
A condo-style resort trades some hotel services for space and a kitchen. So that nobody is surprised at check-in, here is what the resort does not offer.
- No restaurant. The Tiki Bar serves food from 11am to 7pm; outside those hours it is your kitchen, the Corner Pantry, delivery or a short drive.
- No room service. Grocery delivery and your own kitchen are the substitutes.
- Breakfast is not included. Lobby coffee from 7 to 11am is complimentary; breakfast items are in the Corner Pantry or your fridge.
- No daily housekeeping. Available on request at $140.00 plus tax with 24 to 48 hours’ notice.
- No laundry or dry-cleaning service. Every suite has a washer and dryer; several dry cleaners are within two miles.
- No meeting or event space. Groups are welcome for guest-room accommodation only; see the Groups page.
- No airport shuttle. Rental car, rideshare or taxi from Orlando International Airport.
- Pets not permitted. Service animals are welcome throughout the resort.
The resort has also not published pool hours, front desk hours, fitness room equipment or internet speeds. Where this page says “ask the Front Desk” or “ask the reservations team”, that is why.
Questions guests ask
Amenity questions
Is the pool at WorldQuest heated year-round?

How do I reserve a poolside cabana?
At the front desk. Cabanas are rented by the day and include seating, a ceiling fan and full shade. Pricing varies by season and availability, so the desk quotes the price for the day you want. Ask when you check in if you have a particular day in mind.
Is there a fitness center at the resort?
Yes, a 24-hour fitness room, covered by the resort fee. The resort has not published a list of the equipment, so if you need a specific machine or free weights, ask the Front Desk or call the reservations team on (407) 387-3800 before you travel.
Can I get food on site without leaving the resort?
Yes, within limits. The poolside Tiki Bar serves food, cocktails, beer and Starbucks® coffee daily from 11am to 7pm, with happy hour from 3 to 4pm. The 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby has snacks, cold drinks, frozen meals and breakfast items. There is no restaurant and no room service, and breakfast is not included.
Can groceries be delivered to my suite?
Yes. Guests may arrange grocery delivery to arrive with them, through Orlando Grocery Express or any local store, and may bring their own food and alcohol. Every suite has a full kitchen. If you would rather shop, Publix and Walmart are about two miles from the resort.
Where can I leave luggage after check-out?
At the Front Office. Check-out is by 11:00am, and luggage storage is available after check-out so you can spend the rest of the day at the pool or the parks before a late flight. Late check-out is $100 and is subject to availability; a departure after 4:00pm is charged as a full night.
How is security handled at WorldQuest?
The resort is gated with controlled access and has on-site security. Each of the seven buildings has one elevator serving five floors. The resort does not publish front desk hours, so if you expect to arrive late, call (407) 387-3800 with your arrival time.
Is Wi-Fi free at the resort?
Yes. Every suite has complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi also covers the lobby and pool areas. The resort does not publish connection speeds, so if you plan to work from the suite, ask the reservations team what to expect before you book.
