The short answer
Your WorldQuest Orlando email preferences are set on this page. The resort sends resort news, seasonal rates and exclusive offers by email, and occasional offers by text only with your consent. Choose the kinds of message you want, or unsubscribe from everything, using the form below. Changes take a few days to reach every mailing.
What we send
What does WorldQuest Orlando send by email?
Three kinds of message, and you can choose any of them or none.
- Special offers and seasonal rates
- Direct-booking offers with promo codes, seasonal rates and, if you set one, rate news for your travel month.
- Resort news and updates
- What is changing at the resort, from suite renovations to new planning guides and tools.
- Text message offers
- Occasional offers by text, sent only if you give a mobile number and ask for them. Nothing is sent by text without that consent.
We do not send a set number of emails per week or month. Messages go out when there is something to say about rates, offers or the resort.
Your choices
How do you choose what you receive?
Use the form at the bottom of this page. Enter the email address that is on our list, then tick what you want:
- Special offers and seasonal rates only. Keep the rate news and skip the resort updates.
- Resort news and updates only. Hear what is new at the resort without the offers.
- Text message offers. Add your mobile number and tick the box. This is the only way text offers are switched on.
- Unsubscribe from everything. One box removes you from all resort emails and texts. You can come back at any time by signing up again on any form on the site.
If you are not sure which address is on our list, use the one our emails arrive at. If you have more than one, submit the form once for each.
Timing
How long do changes take?
A few days. Emails are sometimes scheduled ahead, so one that was already queued may still reach you after you update your preferences. If you are still receiving messages you opted out of after that, email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com with the address concerned and the team will check the list by hand.
Privacy
What does the resort do with your details?
The resort uses the name, email address, optional mobile number and state you give it to send resort news, seasonal rates and exclusive offers, and to reply when you ask a question or request a quote. The full privacy policy explains how your details are held. Updating your preferences here changes what you receive; it does not affect any reservation you already hold.

Would you rather speak to someone?
Call the resort’s reservations team on (407) 387-3800 or email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com and ask them to update your preferences or remove you from the list. Reservation questions, quotes and anything about an existing stay go to the same team. For help during a stay, the Concierge desk takes calls and texts on (407) 858-8569 between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

I unsubscribed but still received an email. Why?
Changes take a few days to reach every mailing, and an email that was already scheduled can still go out in that window. If messages continue after a few days, email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com with the address concerned and the team will remove it by hand.
Can I receive text offers but no email?
Tick text message offers, add your mobile number and leave the two email options unticked. If you want to be sure, add a note by email to wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com. Text offers are only ever sent to guests who ask for them.
Will unsubscribing affect a reservation I already have?
No. Unsubscribing changes marketing messages only. Anything about a reservation you hold, and replies to a question or quote request, come from the reservations team directly.
How did my address get on the list?
Through one of the forms on this site: the newsletter sign-up, a guide request, the trip planner, a rate alert or a quote request where you ticked the box to receive news and offers. If you did not, use the unsubscribe box below and let the team know.
Can I change the email address on the list?
Yes. Submit the form with the new address and choose what you want to receive, then submit it again with the old address and tick unsubscribe from everything. Or email the reservations team and ask them to swap it.
