Who stays long
Who books extended stay suites in Orlando’s Lake Buena Vista area?
Stays of a month or more are quoted by the reservations team rather than priced online. This page explains what a long stay at WorldQuest is like and how to ask for a quote.
Winter
Winter residents
Guests who leave the cold for a season and want a real kitchen, a screened balcony and a heated pool, without buying or maintaining a Florida property.
Moving
Relocations
Families and individuals moving to the Orlando area who need a settled base while they find a home, register for schools and start a job.
Between homes
Buying, selling or repairing
A sale that closes before the purchase does, a renovation that has taken over the kitchen, or a home that cannot be lived in while it is repaired.
Insurance
Insurance-placed families
Households displaced by storm, fire or water damage whose additional living expense claim covers temporary housing with a kitchen and laundry.
Work
Assignments and travel nurses
Contract workers, project teams and travel nurses on multi-week assignments who want separate rooms, free internet and somewhere to cook after a shift.
If your stay is short enough to book online, you may not need this form at all. The Stay Longer and Save offer with code LOSPRO takes 20% off four to six nights and 30% off seven or more nights. The comparison further down shows when to book online and when to ask for a quote.
Day to day
What is a long stay in a condo suite like day to day?

Closer to an apartment than a hotel room. Every suite is a full condominium with two or three bedrooms, a separate living room and dining room, a full kitchen, a private screened balcony or patio with a table and chairs, and a washer and dryer. Suites are individually owned, so layouts and finishes vary; the Estate Suites have a renovated, lighter contemporary finish and the Deluxe Suites a classic finish, with the same kitchen, balcony and separate rooms in both.
You cook when you want to. You do laundry when the basket is full. One person works in the living room while another sleeps in a bedroom with the door closed. Over a month, those small things are what make the difference between living somewhere and waiting somewhere.
- Kitchen
- Full kitchen with pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, plus a coffee maker with a starter pack. You may bring your own food and alcohol. Groceries can be delivered through Orlando Grocery Express or any local store, and Publix and Walmart are about two miles away.
- Laundry
- Washer and dryer in every suite, with a detergent starter pack. The resort has no laundry or dry-cleaning service, but there are several dry cleaners within two miles.
- Housekeeping
- On request rather than daily. Housekeeping is $140.00 plus tax with 24 to 48 hours’ notice, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk. Most long-stay guests keep house themselves and book a service when they want one.
- Internet
- Complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet in the suite, with Wi-Fi in the lobby and pool areas as well.
- Rooms and televisions
- Three televisions in a two-bedroom suite and four in a three-bedroom suite, so a work call, homework and a game can happen at the same time in different rooms.
- Around the resort
- Heated outdoor pool (heated seasonally to 80°F from mid-October through mid-March), hot tub, 24-hour fitness room, 24-hour Corner Pantry in the lobby, poolside Tiki Bar open daily 11am to 7pm, and a Concierge desk for park tickets and local suggestions.
- Parking and security
- Self-parking is complimentary. The property is gated with controlled access and on-site security.
- Packages
- Packages for guests are accepted at no charge; the name on the package must match the reservation, and the resort cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Online or quoted
Should you book online with LOSPRO or request a quote?
It depends on how long you are staying. Stays up to a few weeks are priced in the booking engine, where the LOSPRO code applies the length-of-stay discount automatically. Stays of a month or more are quoted by the reservations team, because the rate depends on factors the engine does not weigh.
| Length of stay | Book online with LOSPRO | Request a quote on this page |
|---|---|---|
| One to three nights | Book online at the standard rate; LOSPRO starts at four nights | Not needed |
| Four to six nights | Book online with LOSPRO and save 20% | Not needed |
| Seven nights to a few weeks | Book online with LOSPRO and save 30% | Optional, if you want a written quote for an employer or insurer |
| A month or more | Not priced online | Submit the form; the reservations team replies by email with a long-stay quote |
What determines a long-stay quote?
Four things, mainly. Your arrival date and the length of the stay, because a stay that spans a holiday week is priced differently from one in a quieter month. The season, since winter and school-break demand differs from the rest of the year. The suite type, two-bedroom or three-bedroom, Estate or Deluxe. And whether you want housekeeping arranged on a schedule or only on request. Minimum and maximum long-stay lengths, monthly pricing and what a long-stay rate includes are not published on this site; the terms are set out in your written quote. The resort fee is included in the rate on direct bookings, and a quote from the reservations team is a direct booking.
The Extended Stay Rate Sheet guide explains what to compare when you receive a quote, and the Policies page covers check-in, identification and the house rules that apply for the whole stay.

Tell us about your stay
Submit the form and the resort’s own reservations team reviews suite availability for your dates and replies by email with a long-stay quote. Nothing is charged at this stage. If you need to arrive within the next few days, call (407) 387-3800 after sending the form. Include the following so the first reply is a quote rather than a question:
- Arrival date and expected length. An estimate is fine; say whether the end date is fixed or open.
- Flexibility. If you can start a few days earlier or later, more suites may be available.
- Who is staying. Adults and children. Pets are not permitted; service animals are welcome.
- Suite type. Two-bedroom or three-bedroom, and whether you prefer an Estate or Deluxe Suite.
- Reason for the stay. Relocation, insurance placement, work assignment or a season away. It helps the team address the quote correctly if an employer or insurer is paying.
- Housekeeping. Whether you want it arranged on a schedule or will book it as needed.
- Anything else. An accessible suite (availability is limited and features vary), a ground-floor preference, or a vehicle that needs more than a standard space.
Practical notes
What else should a long-stay guest know before arriving?
- Check-in is from 4:00pm. Bring a valid credit card and government-issued photo ID. The minimum check-in age is 21.
- The welcome starter kit gets you through the first night. It includes laundry detergent, coffee and dishwashing powder. Plan a grocery order for the first morning.
- All accommodation is smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; ask the Concierge.
- Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Each of the seven buildings has one elevator serving five floors. Mention it in the form if stairs or elevator dependence matters to you.
- The parks are close when you want them. Walt Disney World® Resort is 2.4 miles away, and a complimentary shuttle to EPCOT® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® is included in the resort fee, subject to availability. Reserve at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes ahead.
- Luggage storage is available at the Front Office after check-out if your onward move happens later in the day.
For a stay short enough to price online, compare your dates with the Stay Longer and Save offer before you decide. For a month or more, the form above is the quickest route to a written quote.
Questions guests ask
Extended stay questions
Is there a minimum length for an extended stay?
No minimum or maximum long-stay length is published. This page is intended for stays of a month or more; anything shorter can usually be booked online, where the LOSPRO code applies the length-of-stay discount. Send your dates and the reservations team will confirm whether a quote or an online booking suits them better.
Does a long-stay rate include housekeeping?
What the rate includes is set out in your written quote. As standard, housekeeping at WorldQuest is on request: $140.00 plus tax with 24 to 48 hours’ notice, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk. Tell the team in the form if you want a regular schedule so the quote can address it.
Can I use the LOSPRO code for a month-long stay?
LOSPRO is applied in the online booking engine, where it saves 20% on four to six nights and 30% on seven or more nights. Stays of a month or more are not priced online, so request a quote instead. If your stay is short enough to book online, compare the LOSPRO rate in the engine with the quote.
Can I have packages delivered during my stay?
Yes. Packages for guests are accepted at no charge, provided the name on the package matches the name on the reservation. Packages that arrive after you leave can be forwarded by prior arrangement. The resort cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages, so use tracked delivery for anything valuable.
Is there a laundry or dry-cleaning service?
No. Each suite has its own washer and dryer with a detergent starter pack, which covers everyday laundry. For dry cleaning there are several dry cleaners within two miles of the resort; the Concierge can point you to the nearest.
Can the quote be addressed to my insurer or employer?
Say so in the form and name the organization. The reservations team will tell you how the quote can be presented and what documentation they can provide for a claim or an expense report. Billing arrangements with third parties are not published on this site, so confirm them with the team before you commit.
Is the internet suitable for working from the suite?
Every suite has complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi also covers the lobby and pool areas. If your work depends on a particular speed or a fixed IP, ask the reservations team before booking.
Can I bring my pet for a long stay?
No. Pets are not permitted at the resort, including for extended stays. Service animals are welcome throughout the property. If you are relocating with a pet, you will need to arrange separate boarding or accommodation for it while you are here.
