Using the engine
How do you use the WorldQuest booking engine?
The engine is the resort’s own reservation system. It shows live availability for every suite type and the rate for the dates you enter. Here is what each field does and where the promo code goes.
- Dates. Enter arrival and departure. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am, so a Friday-to-Monday search is three nights. If your dates are flexible, search a couple of alternatives, because rates change by night and by season.
- Suites. One suite per booking is normal for a family. Larger parties can search for two or more suites at once. If you need more than five suites, or you are traveling as a team or reunion, use the group form described further down rather than the engine.
- Adults and children. Enter everyone who will sleep in the suite, including children. Occupancy is set by suite type: the Two-Bedroom Suite sleeps 4 and the Three-Bedroom Suite sleeps 6 to 8. The engine only shows suites that fit your party, so an accurate count matters. Extra-guest charges are confirmed at booking or by the reservations team.
- Promo code. The booking link accepts a promo code as part of the address. Every offer page on this site has a button that opens the engine with its code already applied, so you do not need to type it. If you are entering a code yourself, add it in the engine’s code field before you search, because the discounted rate only appears once the code is in place.
- Pick a suite and confirm. Compare the suites shown, choose one, and complete the guest details. Deposit and cancellation terms are shown at booking and can be confirmed by the reservations team before you commit.
Not seeing your dates?
If the engine shows nothing for your dates, try shifting arrival by a day or two, or call (407) 387-3800. The reservations team can see the same inventory and will tell you what is open around your dates.
Choosing a suite
Which suite should you choose?
Every suite at WorldQuest is a condo-style apartment with a full kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, a washer and dryer, and a private screened balcony or patio. The choice is mostly about how many beds and bathrooms you need.

Some suites have a sleeper sofa. If that matters to your party, call the front desk before arrival so it can be noted on the reservation. Before you arrive
What do you need at check-in?
- Check-in
- From 4:00pm. Early check-in is sometimes possible for a fee, arranged and paid in advance through the Front Desk, and is not guaranteed.
- Check-out
- By 11:00am. Late check-out is $100 and subject to availability. Anything past 4:00pm is charged as a full night. Luggage storage is available at the Front Office after check-out.
- Documents
- A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport). The minimum check-in age is 21.
- Resort fee
- $20.00 plus tax per suite, per night. Already in your rate if you booked direct; collected at check-in if you booked through a third party.
- Parking
- Self-parking is complimentary. The property is gated with controlled access and on-site security.
- Pets and smoking
- Pets are not permitted; service animals are welcome. All accommodation is smoke-free, with designated outdoor smoking areas.
Housekeeping is on request at $140.00 plus tax with 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Guests may bring their own food and alcohol, and grocery delivery can be arranged to arrive with you. The full list, including packages and firearms, is on the Resort Policies page.
Groups and long stays
When should you use a form instead of the engine?
The engine is built for individual bookings of up to a few suites. Some stays are better quoted by a person, because the resort can look at the whole block of dates and suites together.

What is different about booking direct?
Travel sites list WorldQuest too, and it is fine to use them to compare. The difference shows up in three places. The resort fee is included in the direct rate and collected at check-in on third-party bookings, so a headline rate on a travel site can look lower than it really is. The promo codes above are available only direct. And when you book direct, the people who answer the phone are the resort’s own reservations team, so requests like a sleeper sofa note or a question about your dates go straight to the property.

Availability and booking questions
Does the form on this page book the suite?
No. It passes your dates, suite count and party size to the resort’s booking engine, which opens in a new tab. You choose the suite and confirm there. Nothing is reserved until you complete the booking in the engine or with the reservations team by phone.
Where do I enter a promo code?
The easiest way is to open the engine from the offer page you want. Each offer button carries its code in the link, so the discounted rate shows without typing anything. If you already have a code, enter it in the engine’s code field before you search for rates, then confirm the discount appears on the rate you select.
Can I book by phone instead?
Yes. Call (407) 387-3800 and the resort’s own reservations team will check your dates and book for you. Email wqreservations@worldquestorlando.com if you would rather write. Direct bookings by phone include the resort fee in the rate, the same as online.
Is the resort fee included in the rate I see?
When you book direct, yes. The $20.00 plus tax per suite, per night fee is part of the rate and covers the park shuttle (subject to availability), Concierge service, the 24-hour fitness room, the heated pool and hot tub, and a welcome starter kit. Third-party bookings pay the fee at check-in instead.
How many people can stay in one suite?
The Two-Bedroom Suite sleeps 4 and the Three-Bedroom Suite sleeps 6 to 8. Enter every guest, including children, when you search so the engine shows suites that fit. Some suites have a sleeper sofa; call the front desk before arrival to note it. Extra-guest charges are confirmed at booking.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
They are shown in the engine at the point of booking and depend on the rate you choose. If you want to know before you search, or you are comparing an offer rate with a standard rate, call the reservations team and they will confirm the terms for your dates.
Are theme park tickets included?
Not in a standard suite booking. As a Walt Disney World® Good Neighbor Hotel, the resort can combine park tickets with your accommodation in a single package booking. Tickets are also sold at the Concierge Desk daily from 7:00am to 12:00pm once you are here.
