Hotel Policies
The hotel resort fee includes a park shuttle (subject to availability and change), Concierge service, 24-hour fitness room, 24-hour front desk, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, pool toys, Pack n' Plays, and a Welcome Starter Kit for your suite that includes laundry detergent, coffee, & dishwashing powder. The resort fee is $15.00, plus tax, per suite, per night, not included in the room rate. Please note that fees may be subject to change. For specifics, please inquire upon check-in.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, accommodations at WorldQuest Resort are 100% smoke-free. For your convenience, there are designated areas for smoking at the resort; please inquire with our Concierge at check-in.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer room service. Guests are invited to pick up food items and snacks at our 24-hour Corner Pantry.
For a nominal fee of $3 - $10 per package— based on the size—you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The resort will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

WorldQuest Orlando offers complimentary parking for its guests at the resort.
Check In/ Check Out
Check-in is at 4:00pm, and Check-out is at 11:00am. Guests must have a valid credit card at check-in and may contact us to arrange early arrivals and/or departures.
Yes—upon check-in at WorldQuest Orlando Resort, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $10/day per suite for any potential incidental charges. The card will be charged $150.00 prior to the guest's arrival. If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay. These funds may be held by your financial institution for seven business days or longer following your departure.
Yes, 21 years or older.
Late checkout is available for a fee of $100, and late checkouts beyond 4:00pm are subject to a full night charge. They are not guaranteed, however, as they are still based on availability. In case we are not able to accommodate your request, we can secure your luggage at the Front Office while you enjoy our amenities.
You require a government-issued ID, driver's license or passport, and credit card to check-in at WorldQuest Orlando.

WorldQuest Orlando Resort does not offer breakfast, but guests can find several options for breakfast around the resort or have groceries delivered to the hotel for a self-prepared meal. Our Tiki Bar is open daily from 7am-8pm and proudly serves Starbucks® coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and bagels. Snacks and to-go meals can be picked up at our 24-hour Corner Pantry.
Yes, the resort has specific ADA units. Please reserve the desired suite type when booking your suite.
Yes, Publix and Walmart are both approximately two miles from the resort.
Yes, guests are invited to exercise in our 24-hour fitness center and swim in our glistening outdoor pool, complete with a deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Some of our units have sleeper sofas. If you are in need of a sleeper sofa, please contact the WorldQuest Resort front desk at (407) 387-3800 to notate your reservation.
Yes—we are pleased to service your room for an additional fee, given at least 48-hour notice.
No, this service is currently unavailable, but there are several dry cleaning options within two miles of the resort.
The resort pool is 3 feet at its shallowest point and 5 feet at its deepest point.
Yes, the resort pool is heated seasonally to 80 degrees Fahrenheit from mid-October through mid-March.
Yes, all suites have an iron and ironing board located in the twin bedroom closet.
Yes, each suite has a separate washer and dryer within the unit. A starter kit with detergent is provided in the suite upon arrival.
Yes, all suites have private, screened-in balconies with chairs and tables.
Yes, a coffee maker is available in all units, and a starter kit with packaged coffee packets is provided in the suite upon arrival. Additionally, WorldQuest Orlando proudly serves Starbucks® coffee at the Tiki Bar.
Yes, small toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in each bathroom.
All suites include pots, pans, glasses, silverware, etc.; everything to make you feel at home.
Breakfast items are available for purchase in our 24-hour Corner Pantry, located in the resort lobby. WorldQuest Resort proudly serves Starbucks® coffee located at the Tiki Bar. Unfortunately, a restaurant is not offered at the resort at this time. There are several dining options within two miles of the resort. Please contact our front desk associates for more information and directions to your favorite dining option.
WorldQuest Orlando Resort has a poolside Tiki Bar offering a variety of savory dishes and signature drinks.
Yes! Complimentary high-speed internet access, wired and wireless, is available in all guestrooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available in the resort's lobby and pool areas for your convenience.
Yes, we offer 17 ADA-compliant suites outfitted with accessibility features including grab bars, visual alarms and phone alerts, closed-captioned TV, and lowered counter heights for wheelchair accessibility.
Yes, each of our seven buildings has one elevator servicing five floors.
Local Attractions
Theme park tickets can be purchased on-site at the Concierge Desk from 7:00am to 12:00pm daily. You can also call or text our Concierge regarding ticket and attraction inquiries at (407) 858-8569. Complimentary shuttles to Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® theme parks and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are available. Reservations are required at least 30 minutes in advance at the Concierge desk. Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® shuttles are available for $5 per trip, per person.
